Secure WebSocket listen requested, but no SSL context factory given

#1

I have downloaded version 0.5.6 of the Autobahn Testsuite, and when trying to run the fuzzing server over secure sockets, I get the following error:
“Secure WebSocket listen requested, but no SSL context factory given”.

This is the json configuration file:

{

“url”: “wss://127.0.0.1:9001”,

“key”: “server.key”,

“cert”: “server.crt”,

“enable-ssl”: true,

“secure”: true,

“options”: {“failByDrop”: false},

“outdir”: “./reports/clients”,

“webport”: 8090,

“cases”: ["*"],

“exclude-cases”: [],

“exclude-agent-cases”: {}

}

I start the server with the command line: wstest -m fuzzingserver -s fuzzingserver.json

I have installed pyopenssl.

What could be wrong?

Hi Kurt,

Key/cert are provided via cmd line, not spec - so could you try the following and see if it works:

$ wstest --help
...
   -k, --key= Server private key file for secure WebSocket (WSS)
                          [required in server modes for WSS].
   -c, --cert= Server certificate file for secure WebSocket (WSS)
                          [required in server modes for WSS].

/Tobias
