packet loss when subscriber crashes

#1

Hello,

In my IoT application situation, device sends data to crossbar broker and one subscriber subscribes to it. When subscriber is down, it takes time to 1) detect that subscriber is down; 2) bring up a new subscriber. In the mean time, the packets sent from devices will be lost.

Is there a way to resolve or work around this issue? Thank you.

Regards,

Jun

Crossbar has a new feature event-history it’s not released yet but you can use it. https://github.com/crossbario/crossbarexamples/tree/master/event-history
