Now available: Docker images for Crossbar.io and Autobahn

#1

Hi,

I've come up with Docker images for

- Crossbar.io
- AutobahnPython (CPython 2/3 and PyPy)
- AutobahnJS (Node)

These images are built from the latest releases, and in an optimized way.

Using these images, you can literally assemble a microservice application from components in minutes and the microservices can immediately talk to each other in real-time!

Here is how:

https://github.com/crossbario/crossbar-docker#running

Docker images are published on DockerHub

https://hub.docker.com/u/crossbario/

and the Dockerfiles used to create the images can be found here

https://github.com/crossbario/crossbar-docker

We still want to make that easier using Docker Compose, to fire up a whole multi-container app using one command.

But that's yet another TODO .. or, of course, PRs welcome!

Cheers,
/Tobias

Bad work.
gcc in alpine based images is nonsense.
Preparing of images must be more smart.

By installing into images externally prepared binary wheels.

Hi Serge,

Bad work.

Right. Fuck yourself!

gcc in alpine based images is nonsense.
Preparing of images must be more smart.

Where is your PR?

By installing into images externally prepared binary wheels.

Sure. Tell that upstream maintainers!

Cheers,
