Yep. Meejah just informed me on IRC as well.
It's no problem really, it would just have made sense for this
particular method I have (long running image acquisition from an image
detector), but I'll just add an explicit stop_acquisition WAMP API
instead. It's a single resource anyway (the detector), so there will
only be one acquisition running at a time.

How does a caller cancel a call? How is it notified that it has been
cancelled? And how is the callee notified of a cancellation when it is in
the middle servicing a call?
