AutobahnPython 0.5 vs 0.6 / Symmetric RPC

#1

Hi,

we have branched AutobahnPython 0.5 into maintenance:

https://github.com/tavendo/AutobahnPython/tree/maintenance_v0_5

The master branch is now bleeding edge development for upcoming
AutobahnPython 0.6.0

Thanks to Albert Brandl from Weiermayer Solutions GmbH (http://www.weiermayer.com), the first new feature for 0.6 is an implementation of "symmetric RPC".

Symmetric RPC allows you to call RPC endpoints on clients from servers.

Here is a use case. Say you have an embedded system running an AutobahnPython client where the embedded system has a couple of sensors and actuators. With symmetric RPC, you can read a sensor or control an actuator with remote procedure calls issues by the server the client is connected to.

Is there a projected date for the release of 0.6.0?
